VentPack is an anonymous mental health journaling and peer support platform.
Features may include journaling, community posts, circles, messaging, AI support, and mood tracking.
VentPack is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.
Your Account
• You are responsible for your account security
• Provide a valid email for recovery
• Do not create multiple accounts to evade bans
• You may delete your account at any time
Prohibited Content
You may not post:
• Content promoting or instructing self-harm
• Harassment or threats
• Sexual content involving minors
• Personal information of others (doxxing)
• Spam, scams, or illegal content
• Impersonation of others
Violations may result in removal or permanent bans.
Content Guidelines
• Use content warnings when appropriate
• Mark adult content properly
• Respect the emotional safety of others
• Do not present yourself as a licensed professional
Your Content
You retain ownership of your content.
By posting, you grant VentPack a license to store and display content for app functionality.
Private entries are only visible to you. Public posts may be visible to others.
AI Companion (Layla)
Layla is an AI support tool.
• Not a licensed therapist
• Responses may be imperfect or incorrect
• Not a substitute for professional care
If you are in danger, contact emergency services.
Subscriptions
VentPack may offer paid subscriptions.
• Auto-renewing unless cancelled
• Managed through Apple, Google, or payment providers
• Cancellation is your responsibility before renewal
Advertising
VentPack may display ads to support the free version of the app.
Third-party ad providers may use their own tracking technologies.
Moderation
We may remove content or suspend accounts to protect the community.
Decisions are made at our discretion.
Appeals can be submitted via email.
Disclaimers
VentPack is provided as-is.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of content.
This is not a crisis or emergency service.
Limitation of Liability
VentPack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time.
Continued use means you accept updates.
